Refund policy

We do not accept returns for vintage purchases. Please contact us in case of any issues. 

It is recommended to carefully read the description and measurements before placing an order to make sure the vintage gem fits properly for you. We send additional measurements and photos upon request. We accept returns for “BEGEMOT CUSTOM” collection garments. Any returns or exchanges have to be done within 14 days after you received your order. Note that all items must be returned in their original condition without signs of wear. 

In case of return, delivery costs will be deducted from the refund. We immediately issue a refund upon receipt.
